Job summary

Affinity Property Management - OR seeks a Property Manager for Timberview Apartments in Oregon City. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, and reports to the Portfolio Manager. The position manages leasing, operations, and resident relations on-site at Timberview.

You will supervise staff, monitor budgets, and generate reports while delivering strong customer service. The company offers solid benefits and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
• 1+ years of experience in staff supervision.
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Demonstrates teamwork, communication, customer service, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Review rental rates and concessions with Portfolio Manager.
• Maintain resident occupancy and timely rent collection.
• Lead administrative and maintenance staff performance.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
