You will develop marketing strategies, set rental rates, manage a team, ensure compliance, and maintain financial records while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Previous property management experience in multifamily preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Strong leadership, organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract/retain residents.
• Conduct market research to set competitive rental rates and pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance staff and admin team.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders, move-ins and make-ready tasks.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms and maximize resident retention.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards and compliance.

Job Description:As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment communities, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents while maximizing the property's revenue potential.
