LIHTC, PVD, and HUD experience, plus Lease-Up expertise, are preferred; onsite role requires 2+ years in multifamily environments.

Location: Wild Rose | Phoenix, AZ
The Property Manager is fully accountable for all day‑to‑day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, and ensuring the property team is positive and successful.

The expected compensation range for this position is $55,000 – $65,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
