Mission Rock Residential in Fort Collins is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, drive value, and lead a positive team culture.

You will manage resident relations, ensure financial performance, and enforce Fair Housing compliance while maintaining accurate records and a high level of service. Competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Fair Housing principles in property operations.
• Minimum 2 years on-site leasing or assistant manager experience; 3 years supervisory experience considered.
• Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic math/record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and enhance property value.
• Maintain customer service levels and online presence; achieve strong resident/review scores.
• Enforce community policies in line with Fair Housing Laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records (rent rolls, move-ins/outs, delinquency reports) and submit timely.
• Provide oversight of the team to ensure following Company procedures and efficient workflows.

What You'll Do

The Property Manager is fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, and ensuring the property team is positive and successful.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Support the property's financial goals, manage the asset in the owners' best interest and in accordance with Company policies.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Consistently enforce policies of the community in conjunction with Fair Housing Laws.
• Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit on timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs, etc.).
• Provide oversight of the team to ensure Company procedures are being followed, resulting in orderly and efficient workflows.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing principles.
• Position requires a minimum of 2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Community Manager; will consider 3 years supervisory experience in a customer-service related business with appropriate certification(s).
• Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The expected compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
