Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) seeks a Property Manager to run daily operations, supervise staff, and meet financial and leasing goals. The role includes inspections, staff supervision, hiring, policy enforcement, and resident relations within AMC guidelines.

You will design retention programs, coordinate marketing concepts, and ensure OSHA and Fair Housing compliance while maintaining strong relationships with residents and teammates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.
• Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily property inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff including schedules and duties.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Uphold AMC policies and report infractions.
• Achieve leasing objectives with effective sales techniques.
• Handle resident requests with independent judgment.
• Manage administrative duties and reporting.
