Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of their Los Angeles property, supervising staff and resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities include leasing, inspections, hiring and training, enforcing AMC policies, resolving resident requests, and maintaining OSHA and Fair Housing compliance, with a strong focus on retention and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the property to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Supervise staff and coordinate work schedules, delegating duties and resolving conflicts.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Conduct daily property inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Ensure leasing objectives with effective sales techniques, including first-hand leasing.
• Respond to and resolve resident requests or concerns.
• Handle administrative duties including required reporting.
