Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and drive financial and leasing performance at our California properties.

You will conduct property inspections, hire and train team members, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and safety guidelines, and implement resident retention and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily inspections and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Supervise staff, schedules, duties, and conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies are upheld and violations reported.
• Meet leasing objectives using effective sales techniques.
• Resolve resident requests or concerns with discretion.
• Handle administrative duties and required reporting.
• Design and maintain a resident retention program and events.
• Develop marketing/advertising concepts for staff to implement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing and AMC safety guidelines.
• Investigate and report incidents regarding residents, employees, vendors.
