Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, supervise staff, manage leasing, and maintain financial performance. The role emphasizes enforcing AMC policies, coordinating maintenance, and enhancing resident relations to achieve retention and leasing goals.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of property management experience, strong communication, and leadership abilities, with knowledge of Fair Housing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff, schedules, duties, and conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies are upheld and reported.
• Meet leasing objectives with first-hand leasing techniques.
• Handle resident requests with independent judgment.
• Conduct required reporting and administrative duties.
• Maintain a resident retention program and events.
• Design and maintain marketing concepts for staff.
• Ensure OSHA, Fair Housing, and AMC safety compliance.
• Investigate incidents involving residents, staff, vendors.
