Qualifikationen

• Professional communication with residents, subordinates, supervisors, vendors, and contractors.
• Working knowledge of financial aspects of apartment management, bookkeeping and cost control.
• Knowledge of local/state laws pertaining to apartment management, marketing, sales and leasing.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operations of the apartment community and direct on-site staff.
• Manage financial performance: reports, budgets, accounts, payables, and vendor management.
• Hire, develop, and supervise staff including Assistant Manager, Leasing Consultant, and Maintenance team.
• Oversee property condition via inspections and service requests.
• Drive marketing efforts and stay informed on market trends, including market surveys.
• Ensure risk management, safety and compliance including emergency preparedness.
• Provide 24-hour service coordination to residents and maintain professional appearance standards.
• Represent APG in trade associations as appropriate.
