Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a Sequim property, supervise staff, and meet budgeted goals. You will supervise maintenance, perform inspections, and coordinate with the team to ensure efficient operations.

You will interview and hire staff, enforce AMC policies, handle resident relations, and implement retention and marketing strategies. AMC offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff including schedules and delegation of duties.
• Interview and hire all property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies and procedures are upheld and reported.
• Meet leasing objectives with effective sales techniques.
• Handle resident requests with discretion and professional judgment.
• Manage administrative duties and required reporting.
• Design and maintain resident retention programs and marketing concepts.
• Ensure OSHA and Fair Housing compliance.
