Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry, seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations and staff, ensuring budgets and goals are met. The role includes interviewing and hiring employees, leasing activities, and maintaining compliance with safety and housing regulations.

Compensation offers an hourly full-time position from $28.00 to $29.00 per hour, with benefits and incentive programs detailed by AMC across locations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience required.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in daily operations.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Supervise staff, schedules, delegation of duties, and conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure leasing objectives and effective sales techniques are applied.
• Coordinate with maintenance and perform daily property inspections.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, and AMC safety guidelines.
