Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a results-driven Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community in Charlottesville, VA. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets and leasing activities, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations, and drive resident satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of property management experience, strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills, and proficiency with property management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into the development of budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Counts on achieving targeted revenues by setting rents and collecting payments; prepares monthly financial reports.
• Approves invoices and ensures proper insurance certificates and coding for payments; coordinates with vendors and clients.
