Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Property Manager for The August at Steelpointe Harbor in Bridgeport, CT. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction while leading onsite staff to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and CAM is preferred. You will manage budgets and use OneSite and MS Office to report performance and plan community events.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) is preferred.
• Proven track record of keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Tech-savvy with property management software OneSite and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and fostering a positive community environment.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and reporting.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
