Flaherty & Collins Properties seeks a Property Manager to oversee operations at The August at Steelpointe Harbor in Bridgeport, CT. You will lead leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction while guiding a on-site team toward occupancy targets and revenue growth.

You will manage budgets, ensure compliance, and collaborate with corporate leadership to position the community as the preferred option for residents. Excellent communication and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• New Construction and Lease-Up Experience is Preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred
• Experience in managing properties and leading on-site teams
• Strong communication and relationship-building with residents and staff
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite) and Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence in every aspect of property operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and fostering a positive community environment.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities to optimize property profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and reporting.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to position your community as the preferred choice.
• Plan and execute events that bring residents together and build a sense of community.
