Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Property Manager to lead all aspects of operations at The August at Steelpointe Harbor in Bridgeport, CT. You’ll oversee leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, budgeting, and team performance, driving occupancy and revenue growth.

You’ll hire and mentor onsite staff, implement strategic plans, ensure compliance, stay informed on market trends, and build a vibrant community through events and strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CAM certification preferred.
• Experience in property management with occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence in property operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and reporting.
