You will manage budgets, ensure compliance, and collaborate with corporate leadership to position the community as the preferred choice, planning events to foster a vibrant living environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.
• Experience managing properties with a track record of keeping operations running smoothly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with residents and staff.
• Proficient with Entrata and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and fostering a positive community environment.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities to optimize property profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and reporting.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
• Plan and execute events that bring residents together and build a sense of community.
