CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to supervise a property or small portfolio, overseeing operations and financial activities for clients. The role involves leading a team, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a CA Real Estate License, 3-5 years of related experience, and preferred CPM/RPA designations. This full-time on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within CBRE.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant property management experience.
Active and valid California Real Estate License is required.
Prior commercial office property management experience is strongly preferred.
Possession of CPM® or RPA® designations is preferred.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

Responsabilités

Supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and oversee hiring.
Coordinate daily activities, set schedules, and cross-train staff.
Respond to tenant needs and conduct site visits.
Act as primary contact with property owners, prepare and deliver reports.
Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets and forecast monthly performance.
Prepare legal notices and review rent and CAM recovery charges.
Lead by example and uphold CBRE RISE values.
Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
