Job summary

Brookfield Properties in Washington, DC is seeking a skilled property operations supervisor to oversee daily apartment community functions, leasing, maintenance, and staff performance.

You will manage on-site systems, budgeting, vendor contracts, and marketing coordination to maximize NOI while maintaining high standards of service and housing quality. Requires 3-4 years in supervision and strong knowledge of fair housing laws and MS Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate or Associate degree in General Studies preferred.
• 3–4 years of supervisory/PM experience.
• ARM, CPM, CAM, or IREM certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of fair housing, MS Office, and leadership skills.
• Yardi and property management software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily apartment community operations, leasing, and staff.
• Coordinates maintenance, admin tasks, and occupancy goals.
• Oversees budgeting, vendor contracts, and financial reports.
• Manages marketing coordination and resident relations.
• Ensures housing quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Reviews performance with Regional Manager and assists audits.
