Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Property Manager for Legends on the Park in Eureka, MO. You will oversee staffing, marketing, maintenance, and resident relations at a 224-unit community, ensuring budgets, leases, and move-ins run smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily property management, with knowledge of Fair Housing and MS Office. YARDI experience and industry designations are a plus. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of multifamily Property Manager experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is required.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• YARDI experience preferred.
• Active apartment association membership preferred.
• Industry designations are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manages community rental rates to maximize income.
• Address resident complaints, concerns and requests appropriately.
• Maintain appearance and report/complete maintenance.
• Implement marketing initiatives as prescribed by Marketing Department.
• Review applications, prepare leases, and complete paperwork.
• Ensure apartment readiness for move-in and orient new residents.
• Prepare annual budgets and manage deposits/payments.
• Set on-site staff schedules and lead by example.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
