Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate seeks a Property Manager for Stillwell at Avery Centre in Round Rock, TX. You will lead operations, drive NOI, and ensure exceptional resident service in a pet-friendly, single-family home community.

This full-time, exempt role reports to the Regional Manager and requires strong leadership, leasing oversight, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet budgeted occupancy and financial goals.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of progressive experience in a conventional housing property management role.
• Willingness to obtain licenses required by State or Local jurisdictions.
• Experience with property management systems such as Entrata, Onesite, or Yieldstar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data sorting/filtering.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Property Management, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive the financial success of the property by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Lead leasing production, including administration, marketing, and maximizing occupancy.
• Oversee rent collection, manage delinquencies, and comply with laws.
• Develop and coach a high‑performing team, ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Recruit, hire, and develop team members while maintaining engagement.
• Deliver superior service to residents and address concerns to boost retention.
• Manage operational reporting and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Identify operational and financial risks and communicate corrective actions.
