Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Property Manager experience.
• Lease-up experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Self-starter with results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high-quality on-site team through coaching, training, and strong leadership.
• Collaborates with leasing to use social media and develop marketing and sales plans.
• Leads daily/weekly meetings to exceed in a competitive market.
• Maintains knowledge of the community and competition.
• Interacts with residents with top-tier customer service.
• Ensures property is fully operational and safe.
• Inspects grounds, buildings, and apartments regularly.
• Implements company policies and procedures.
• Reads and understands financial reports and budgets.
• Understands economic occupancy vs vacancy and delinquent rent impact.
• Uses financial knowledge to successfully lease up communities.
• Understands key financial metrics.
• Uses reports to drive necessary actions.
• Understands how to use metrics to drive results.
