Job summary

TRG Management Company in Hialeah, FL is seeking a Property Manager for Alture Westland. You will handle lease preparation, rent collection, budgeting, and coordination of maintenance and vendor services to protect asset value and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lease or rental agreements and collects rents.
• Directs bookkeeping functions and manages receipts, disbursements, and budgets.
• Arranges for property maintenance and alterations per annual operating budget.
• Oversees security, maintenance, and groundskeeping personnel as needed.
• Purchases supplies and equipment for leased properties per budget.
• Monitors occupancy rates and lease expiration dates.
• Supports clients with financing, purchasing, or selling property.
• Provides inventories and coordinates utility transfers for tenants.
• Assists with evictions in compliance with court orders.
