Job summary

SYNC Residential in San Antonio, TX is hiring an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations at a 300+ unit Class A community. You will assist the Property Manager, handle rent collection, move-in/out processes, and leasing activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years of multi-family Assistant Property Manager experience.
• P&L responsibility and budgetary experience.
• Proficiency with property management software (ResMan, Yardi, Onesite, etc.).
• Must work one Saturday per month 10am-5pm and rotating 10am-7pm shift Tue/Thu.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of daily property operations.
• Perform leasing duties and ensure lease paperwork accuracy.
• Manage move-ins and move-outs and explain policies.
• Maintain account records and transactions including rent and fees.
• Ensure timely collection of all rent and delinquency reporting.
• Oversee evictions and legal paperwork as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage inspections and deposits.
• Support day-to-day community operations and customer service.
