American Landmark Apartments is seeking a Property Manager for Adley Luxe, a 200-unit residential community in Jacksonville, FL. The role oversees leasing, staff supervision, and daily property operations under the guidance of the Regional Manager.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years in apartment management, familiarity with RealPage/LRO and One-Site, and strong customer service skills. A college degree is helpful but not required, with a competitive benefits package.

• Minimum of 2 years working in the apartment industry as a Property Manager.
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site or similar systems is required.
• College degree helpful but not required.
• Strong customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise office staff.
• Daily property inspections.
• Responsible for the property's leasing.
• Thorough knowledge of leasing techniques and sales methods.
• Full knowledge of property rental information.
• Operate the property's budget within the company's guidelines.
• Interviewing, screening, and hiring staff.
• Prioritize resident requests with courteous responses.
• Generate required company reports.
• Develop and implement a resident retention program.
