Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the renewal process: draft renewal notices 90 days in advance and sign leases 60 days before expiration.
• Partner with Leasing to support occupancy levels and guide applicants.
• Maintain up-to-date records in property management software for moves and changes.
• Assist with eviction procedures and ensure compliance with state laws.
• Oversee rent collection, notices, and follow-ups.
• Respond promptly to resident requests to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Support daily operations and assist in staff leadership when needed.
