Cove Property Management is seeking a Property Manager I for Vivant Woodholme in Pikesville, MD. The role oversees maintenance, operations, and a property team to ensure excellent resident service and strong fiscal performance.

The position emphasizes policy adherence, professional communication, and timely reporting, with an annual salary in the low-to-mid $80k range. A healthcare-friendly, on-site environment is provided.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM designation a plus; ARM designation preferred.
• Prior leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Strong financial skills with budgeting and reporting experience.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word; Yardi experience a plus.
