Leisure World of Maryland is seeking a Property Manager (VPE) to oversee day-to-day operations at Vantage Point East within our community.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in association management, including experience with high-rise condominiums, a Bachelor's degree, and relevant designations (CMCA/AMS/PCAM/CPM). This role emphasizes governance, vendor management, and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Association Management, preferably in condo communities.
• At least 2 years managing a high-rise condominium.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CMCA/AMS/PCAM/CPM designations valued.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Mutual staff and coordinate with LWMC HR for evaluations.
• Prepare monthly Management Reports and advise the Board.
• Oversee maintenance, contracts, and capital projects for the property.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and applicable laws.
