We are a privately held, vertically integrated real estate company with a 14-year operating history and a growing portfolio of over 100 conventional, market-rate residential properties totaling more than 3,500 units. We manage our own assets through a decentralized, field-based property management structure. Our culture is professional, high-hustle, and family-oriented—we value loyalty, direct execution, and individuals who take complete ownership of their portfolio.
The Area Manager is a "boots-on-the-ground," multi-site Property Manager responsible for the daily operational success, leasing, and physical upkeep of a local cluster of 3 to 6 small buildings, totaling approximately 150 to 200 units.
This is a highly tactical, hands-on role with zero administrative support. You will directly manage and oversee one on-site staff member and work hand-in-hand with an assigned Maintenance Technician for your portfolio. The ideal candidate thrives in a small-to-mid-size company environment, possesses strong conventional market-rate experience, and is an expert user of AppFolio.
Multi-site experience and experience with Class B/C properties are preferred.
