Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is hiring a Property Manager in Utah. The role oversees daily property operations, staffing, leasing objectives, and resident relations. You will ensure financial targets, safety compliance, and policy adherence while coordinating with maintenance and upgrading retention programs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily property inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff, set work schedules, delegate duties, and resolve conflicts.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies are followed and infractions reported.
• Meet leasing objectives using effective sales techniques.
• Address resident requests or concerns with discretion.
• Handle administrative duties and required reporting.
• Design and maintain resident retention programs and events.
• Develop and maintain marketing/advertising concepts for staff.
