You will oversee financial and operational aspects and strive to improve resident satisfaction through superior service. The role emphasizes rent collection, occupancy management, and maintaining compliance with housing laws, while supervising staff and coordinating with accounting to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage rent collection, delinquency, and occupancy.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and operational components of the property.
• Collect and post rent daily and monitor delinquency.
• Lead leasing activities and ensure effective sales techniques.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Accounting.
• Maintain compliance and reporting to Regional Manager.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs and outreach.
