Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, supervise staff, and drive financial and leasing results. The role involves coordinating maintenance, implementing retention programs, and ensuring compliance with AMC policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring staff, maintaining accurate reporting, and delivering exceptional resident service while meeting leasing objectives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily property inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise all staff—schedules, duties, and conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies are upheld and infractions reported.
• Meet leasing objectives with effective sales techniques.
• Handle resident requests with independent judgment and discretion.
• Admin duties including required reporting.
