Job summary

The Bainbridge Companies, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead on-site teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional resident experiences in a multi-family setting. You will manage leasing goals, budgets, and marketing plans while supervising a diverse staff and ensuring high occupancy and NOI.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, training staff, handling resident relations, and maintaining strong communication with owners and vendors.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school education or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Experience with on-site resident management software and basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service with residents, vendors, staff, and the community.
• Maximize NOI through cost control and revenue improvement programs.
• Set leasing goals and manage a robust lease expiration program.
• Analyze operations data, identify trends, and recommend actions.
• Lead on-site staff with recruitment, training, motivation, and development.
• Develop budgets/forecasts and sales/marketing plans; report to Regional Manager.
• Monitor rent collections and ensure landlord/tenant statutes are followed.
• Show, lease, and move-in residents; ensure sales standards and training.
• Implement resident retention programs and lease renewal initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and communicate with owners.
