Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a Colorado property. You will lead a team, drive budget adherence, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies while optimizing occupancy and revenue.

You will monitor financial performance, manage vendor relations, and coordinate maintenance and leasing activities to uphold Greystar's standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years minimum experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rents and fees.
• Approve invoices and manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Oversee leasing, inspections, and enforcement of lease terms.
• Lead and develop property staff and manage owner relationships.
