Blanton Turner is seeking a seasoned Property Manager for an 85-unit garden-style community with amenities including pool, pond, and fitness center. The role covers leasing, maintenance oversight, and financial reporting, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in property management or related field.
• 4-year college degree preferred.
• ARM or CPM designation and WA Real Estate license desirable or to be obtained within 6 months.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and housing laws required.
• Proficient with MS Office, Office 365 and Dropbox; Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an 85-unit property and manage staff.
• Maintain property standards, vendor contracts, and compliance.
• Prepare and manage leasing, occupancy targets and resident relations.
• Assist with annual budget and financial reporting.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety and code compliance.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing activities and market surveys.
