Qualifications
- 5+ years in the multifamily industry with at least 2 years as a property manager.
- Experience with Class A properties with lease-up or renovation projects valued.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Customer service oriented with strong online resident reviews.
- Experience with Real Page Onesite, CRM systems and other property management software.
- Evening and weekend work may be required occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement marketing campaigns for properties.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing property management team.
- Oversee leasing, renovations and occupancy targets for Class A assets.
- Ensure top-tier customer service and favorable online reviews.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and delegate work to the team.
- Utilize Real Page Onesite, CRM systems and other PM software to manage operations.
