Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, staff supervision, and budgeted goals. You will hire staff, ensure safety and policy compliance, and drive leasing success while fostering resident relations.

The role requires 1–2 years of PM experience, strong communication, and leadership abilities. This on-site position offers competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs with career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.

• Meet leasing objectives using effective sales techniques.
• Address resident requests with discretion and promptness.
