Job summary

Westover Companies is seeking a Property Manager for our Baltimore, MD property. You will report to the Regional Manager and oversee leasing, budgeting, and operations to maximize asset value.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years on-site leasing experience, CAM/ARM preferred, and proficiency with MS Office and property software. A comprehensive benefits package and a $1,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Community Manager.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and community software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit on timely basis (rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-ins/outs).
• Prepare annual budgets and income projections in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure rents and late fees are collected, posted, and deposited promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules; follow up on progress with Regional Maintenance.
• Lead a safe, collaborative environment and promote a safety-first culture.
• Support Corporate Marketing with strategies to attract residents; use market survey data.
• Ensure leases are accurate and paperwork uploaded into the system.
• Walk models and market-ready apartments daily; communicate service needs to maintenance.
