Qualifications

• At least three-plus years of property management experience.
• One plus year of supervisory experience at a large-scale, residential apartment community.
• Housing experience required, preferably HUD/LIHTC.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversees leasing and service departments' daily operations with emphasis on high retention and service quality.
• Increase and maintain occupancy and maximize rent potential of vacant units.
• Manage operations to be profitable and within the annual operating budget.
• Coordinate vendor work and capital improvement projects.
