Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers who can work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

Daily duties include cash handling, deposits, and assisting customers with payments. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties, and bonuses are available based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail or service industries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest products, including packing supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
