Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to operate across multiple sites, balancing inside and outdoor work. You will assess customer storage needs, upsell packing supplies, and perform daily unit inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

Responsibilities include cash handling, deposits, and helping customers stay current on payments. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required for travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or similar service roles.
• Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple locations independently, working both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and conduct reminders or collections when needed.
