Job summary

Pure HomeRiver is seeking a Property Manager for our Rancho Cordova/Sacramento area portfolio. You will balance daily operations with strategic ownership objectives, ensuring resident and owner satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a CA Real Estate license (or can obtain within six months) and has residential property management experience, with a preference for hospitality or customer service backgrounds. This is a fully in-office, 40-hour per week role with competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience required.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations in compliance with policies and laws.
• Review invoices and coordinate payments with property owners.
• Monitor rent delinquencies and communicate with owners accordingly.
• Send demand letters, issue notices, initiate eviction actions, and attend court as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and inform owners of activities.
• Assist with application approvals and owner questions about financial statements.
• Ensure lease files are complete and leases are executed properly.
• Maintain comprehensive records of management activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Inspect properties as needed and secure owner approvals for major repairs.
• Conduct market surveys and provide pricing feedback for properties.
• Show properties to prospective tenants and negotiate lease terms; manage renewals.
