HIGHLAND MANAGEMENT GROUP INC is seeking a Property Manager for Edina Park Apartments in Edina, MN. This full-time role (40 hours/week) centers on on-site management, resident relations, and occupancy optimization for a 79-unit property.

Walk-in interviews occur Wednesdays at the Edina location from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Responsibilities include marketing and leasing, supervising day-to-day operations, and coordinating with the Regional Property Manager for payments.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in leasing, records, and property maintenance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with staff.
• Collaborative skills for interactions with residents and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals.
• Monitor hours for on-site staff in Paylocity.
• Process rental applications and use screening procedures.
• Prepare resident and property records and report on unpaid rents.
