JCMLiving in Lancaster, PA is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee one of our communities. The role focuses on occupancy, resident relations, rent collections, and lease management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of property management experience with market-rate properties, be highly tech-savvy, organized, and detail oriented, and able to coordinate with maintenance staff while upholding safety standards.
