JCMLiving is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee one of our communities. You will focus on maintaining high occupancy, fostering positive resident relations, handling rent collections, managing leases, and supervising maintenance and office staff.

Applicants should have at least two years of property management experience with market-rate properties, be tech-savvy, organized and detail oriented.
