Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team and drive performance, customer experience, and marketing efforts at our multifamily properties. The role requires coaching and motivating staff to achieve occupancy and sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and compensation of $27–$28 per hour, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Leasing Consultant in multifamily housing.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role in leasing or marketing.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activities with strong follow-up and closing.
• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents.
• Ensure pricing, availability, and marketing updates are accurate.
• Oversee rental applications and compliance with company standards.
• Develop and monitor marketing plans to maintain high occupancy.
• Direct on-site and off-site marketing, outreach, and social media.
• Organize resident and prospect events to build community engagement.
• Assist with market surveys and adjust strategies as needed.
• Lead, coach, and develop the leasing team to hit occupancy and sales targets.
