Clear Investment Group is seeking a Property Manager / APM in Cincinnati, OH to lead day-to-day operations of a distressed residential community. The role focuses on leasing, collections, maintenance coordination, staff management, and financial performance to restore occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, proven at turning around properties, and able to build sustainable management systems while leading a team in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of property management experience required.
• Proven ability to stabilize distressed properties.
• Strong leadership, hiring, and coaching skills.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or RentCafe or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, leasing, and compliance.
• Lead on-site team, scheduling, evaluations, and coaching.
• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor relations, and safety policies.
