Clear Investment Group seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager in Cincinnati, OH to lead day‑to‑day operations of a distressed residential community. You’ll focus on leasing, collections, maintenance coordination, staff leadership, and financial performance to restore occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a proven turnaround track record, strong leadership, and hands‑on approach.

Formación

• 4+ years of property management experience in multifamily or distressed settings.
• Proven success stabilizing underperforming properties.
• Strong leadership including hiring, supervision and performance management.
• Experience using Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws and local housing regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to make independent decisions.
• Capable of walking the property regularly and lifting up to 25–50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and local regulations.
• Coordinate regular property inspections and maintenance; manage service requests with vendors and staff.
• Supervise on-site team including leasing, maintenance, porters, and contractors; handle scheduling and evaluations.
• Maintain high occupancy through strategic leasing and marketing efforts.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets; oversee rent collection and delinquency tracking.
• Maintain resident files and ensure administrative duties are completed.
