Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group is hiring a full-time Property Manager for our Bellingham location. You will oversee day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive leasing performance. You will manage budgets, pricing, vendor relations, and capital projects while maintaining property standards and safety.

Weekend and some holidays work required. On-the-job training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience in retail or service industry.
• Ability to self-manage and achieve team objectives.
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service assessing storage needs in person, by phone or web.
• Create store plan to hit monthly and annual budgets.
• Manage web pricing and discounts.
• Maintain property to standards including cleaning vacated units and light maintenance.
• Manage vendors and capital expenditure projects.
• Drive auction process.
• Show units and guide customers through leasing.
• Balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
