Job summary

Prospera Housing Community Services is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee all operations at the property, including occupancy, leasing, marketing, maintenance and rent collections. You will ensure compliance with HUD and LIHTC regulations while coordinating with residents, staff and leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Real Estate and at least 1 year of Property Management experience, with proficiency in Real Page software and a track record of managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration, Real Estate or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of Property Management experience or equivalent.
• One year of management experience in Property Management software (Real Page preferred).
• Certifications listed: CPO, TDHCA LIHTC Manager, Housing Credit Certified Professional.

Responsibilities

• Oversee occupancy, leasing, marketing, maintenance and rent collections.
• Ensure compliance with HUD and Tax Credit regulations.
• Prepare annual budgets and income projections with leadership.
• Collaborate with residents and resident councils on policies and programs.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings to review operations, move-ins/outs and events.
• Provide leadership and training to property staff to foster teamwork.
• Manage property and property management staff to meet objectives.
