Qualifications

• Must have a strong working knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Florida CAM license and valid FL driver’s license.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordinator to ensure the company’s efforts meet contractual property management obligations.
• Prepare annual budget for the association.
• Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements including variances and cash management.
• Maintain complete property files and records with documentation for future reference.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure safety standards; motivate team.
• Organize board meetings and communicate with residents and vendors.
• Maintain relationships with the Board, owners, and vendors.
